Necessary choices
clientlly_referral_consent records allow or deny, a version and expiry for up to 180 days. It remembers your privacy choice and does not contain your name or email. On clientlly.com it is shared with Clientlly subdomains so the app can respect the same referral choice. Older unversioned banner choices do not count as permission.
Preferences you choose
Local storage keys clientlly-lang and clientlly-marketing-theme-v2 remember language and colour-theme choices until you change them or clear browser storage. Automatic defaults use browser settings without precise location or a GeoIP lookup. Blocking storage may stop preferences being remembered but does not prevent browsing.
Optional partner attribution
Only after you allow the referral cookie do we validate a referral code and record the partner visit. clientlly_ref stores the validated code for up to 90 days, or a shorter configured period, and never beyond the consent expiry. It is shared with Clientlly subdomains to associate a later registration with the referring partner. Rejecting or withdrawing permission removes the browser referral cookie and prevents new website attribution requests; it does not automatically erase a previously recorded event or commission.
Analytics, embeds and chat
No advertising pixels, analytics SDKs, embedded maps or third-party video players are installed on the public marketing website. The optional AI assistant contacts Google Gemini only when you send a message; its conversation is not saved in browser storage. External links navigate to another service only when followed. Necessary app login and payment-provider storage can apply when you enter those separate services; review the notices shown there.
Change or withdraw your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer or on this page to allow or reject referral tracking. Reject is available at the same level as allow. You can also clear cookies and local storage through your browser. Without a valid saved permission, optional referral tracking stays off. We will ask again when the saved choice expires or if the purpose changes.
